The Role: The Director of Strategic Finance provides strategic financial leadership by partnering with executive leadership and Brand Leaders to drive long-term business performance across emerging growth brands. This role leads financial planning and analysis, develops sophisticated financial models, conducts market and competitive research, and delivers executive-level insights that support strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, and enterprise value creation. Primary Responsibilities Lead the FP&A function by overseeing annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, and executive performance analysis. Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, strategic investments, and other enterprise initiatives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Partner with Brand Operations, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Business Intelligence, and Finance leaders to improve financial performance and drive data-informed business decisions. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What you Bring to the Table: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA preferred. 5–7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance. Expert-level financial modeling skills with experience supporting executive decision-making in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations. Strong leadership experience managing finance teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and research skills with the ability to translate complex information into strategic recommendations.
