Civil Site Superintendent/operator

Job Description The Construction Site Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing medium-sized construction teams, typically comprising 6 to 15 workers. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the superintendent ensures strict adherence to safety standards, coordinates daily operations, and maintains high quality across all phases of construction. This role primarily demands on-site presence, combining both software tools and manual methods to effectively manage the site activities and subcontractors. Responsibilities Ensure safety compliance across the construction site Coordinate and lead medium-sized teams of workers Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the project Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety Manage subcontractor activities and schedules Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction supervision High school diploma or equivalent OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification Knowledge of project management and construction safety principles Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CDE Construction, LLC
