Position Title: Diesel Mechanic Technician (A-Level) – Shop and Mobile Technicians
Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour

Work Schedule
Standard shop hours: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Flexible scheduling options available outside of standard hours
Optional weekend hours for additional earnings
Your Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks
Conduct preventive maintenance and complex component repairs
Perform Federal Annual Vehicle and DOT Inspections (FMCSA compliant)
Troubleshoot and repair air brake, electrical, and emission systems
Utilize industry-standard diagnostic systems, including:

▸ Eaton Service Ranger 4
▸ Bendix ACom
▸ Meritor WABCO Toolbox
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel technician — Required
Journey-level mechanic experience is preferred
CDL-A and ASE Certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel engines
Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices
Additional Requirements
Work authorization in the United States
Proficiency in English
Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis before the start date (if applicable)
This is an in-person position — remote work is not available
