Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage.Job Description: Summary of Key Skills Must-Have Skills:Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting and complex query writing.Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).Proven ability to analyze data, design relational databases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teamsProject management skills.Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation and process improvement is a plus.Foundational programming knowledge and scripting experience are beneficial.
