Therapist - $3,000 sign on bonus!

New Hire Bonus Opportunity of $3000 Openings in 51 counties throughout Southern Indiana to include Montgomery, Boone, Putnam, Hendricks, and Morgan counties. Salary: $47,028-$71,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) Starting rates vary based on education, experience, and licensure earned. Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience). Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a, or LMFT-a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience). Those with temporary licenses or those who are not licensed eligible, but hold a Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements will earn a base minimum of $47,028 annually. Bonuses are paid for earning licensure and we offer up to $500 annual reimbursement for Continuing Education. Salaried therapists also have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus to increase annual compensation, with no cap. Also, supervision for licensure is free! An individual who may be eligible for the therapist position here at IHBS will meet the qualifications of one of the following: Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. Master's degree in related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field. A unique benefit is team members have the opportunity to drive company cars for work purposes, and can pay a fee to drive the car for personal use, if they qualify with satisfactory MVR. Based on statistics from AAA, paying a personal use fee for a company car could increase total compensation up to $7000-$8000 per year. Personal use fee pays for all fuel, maintenance, license and registration. You can also use this vehicle to drive for vacations! Hours will include evenings and potentially some weekends. You would be required to travel to 2-3 counties per week.
