WHO ARE YOU Experienced marketing analytics professional with over 3 years in data-driven strategy and customer behavior analysis. Proficient in data visualization, SQL, and marketing attribution, you bring a sharp analytical focus to marketing insights. You have a track record of developing KPIs, managing complex data projects, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Reconciling financial records: Reconcile payments as indicated on remittance documents, and reconcile accounts. Managing Tax reporting process: Manage daily withholding balancing and ensure tax recs are balanced. Maintaining documentation: Maintain proper documentation, and keep procedures up to date. Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting Domain. The ability to communicate and manage customers. The ability to prioritize work and resolve payment discrepancies. Accounts receivable and payable knowledge: A working knowledge of these areas is important. Resolving discrepancies: Investigate and resolve form/withholding discrepancies. Collaborating with internal teams: Work with project management, and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Addressing customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding tax form reporting, and provide excellent customer service. Tax application experience: Relevant experience in this area is preferred. Insurance or accounting background: This is a plus. Personal initiative: The ability to ensure tax payments are processed on time and inquiries are resolved. Understanding of record to report recon process. Having good knowledge of Excel, Peoplesoft.
