Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
No college degree: $19.00 - 19.50 per hour Associate's degree Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour Bachelor's degree Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

This is a fully onsite position in the Irving, TX area. Hybrid schedule may be available after 4-5 months.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and writing fluency in Spanish is not required)
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the day
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong computer and multitasking skills

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with account-related questions and requests
- Discuss lease-end and payment options with customers
- Verify customer intentions regarding account resolutions
- Communicate with dealerships regarding customer accounts and vehicle returns
- Provide payoff information to customers, dealerships, and insurance companies
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
