Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

-Prepare apartments between residents, ensuring units are clean, safe, and move-in ready.

-Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.

-Repair and patch drywall, then sand and finish for painting.

-Complete basic carpentry repairs, including doors, trim, cabinets, and fixtures.

-Replace light bulbs, light fixtures, locks, and other hardware.

-Assist with appliance repairs, installations, and replacements.

-Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs

-Clean common areas, remove trash, and maintain property cleanliness.

-Complete general building maintenance and repairs.

-Assist with apartment renovations and unit refresh projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Guilderland, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Guilderland,NY.
