Facilitate individual and group-based activities that promote growth and connection. Assist families in accessing and navigating community resources . Support families in identifying and working toward their goals. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma (or equivalent). Knowledge of community resources. Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within Webster County. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships. Summary The Family Support Specialist is responsible for building nurturing, supportive relationships with families facing multiple barriers to self-sufficiency and community connectedness.
