Housekeeping Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Momence Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a reputable healthcare facility located in Momence, IL. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facility. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas of the facility
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures
Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and report any areas of concern to administration
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning schedules, inventory, and employee performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
