Pay $43,000 - $70,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee all Front of House daily operations Manage Front of House employees and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to guests Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety Provide or direct Front of House training Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines Assist with developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend Front of House employees Direct work for employees, including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours Foster a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures Work Environment & Culture Texas Roadhouse offers a fun culture with flexible work schedules, restaurant discounts, friendly competitions, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities.
