Tax SupervisorLocation: Greater Columbus area, OH (hybrid) Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experienceA well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Columbus area is looking for a Tax Supervisor to manage a portfolio of business and individual clients. You'll review complex work, lead engagement teams, and act as a trusted advisor, with a defined path to Tax Manager.What You'll DoReview individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary returnsManage engagement workflow, budgets, and deadlinesLead tax planning and projection work for closely held businesses and ownersResearch complex tax issues and communicate recommendations to clientsRepresent clients in correspondence with taxing authoritiesSupervise, train, and mentor staff and seniorsHelp identify opportunities for additional servicesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus5-7 years of progressive public accounting tax experienceCPA or EA (required or near completion)Strong technical knowledge of pass-through and individual taxationExperience reviewing work and supervising othersExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsWhat's OfferedBase salary of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experienceExcellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefitsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity)Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional educationReal opportunities for career advancementHow to ApplyAll applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
