What you'll do:
- Create personalized consultations based on each guest’s features, hair texture, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.
- Deliver customized cuts and styles using expert techniques and professional products.
- Educate guests on easy at-home styling and recommend products to help them maintain their look.
- Build lasting guest relationships and encourage pre-booking to drive retention.
- Continue developing your skills and earning potential through our level system, ongoing education, guest retention, and product recommendations.
- State of Michigan Cosmetology License
- Charismatic, approachable personality with a passion for hair design
- Personal drive to advance your skills and career
