Facilities Technician

We are seeking a Facilities Technician to start ASAP for a manufacturing company located in Medford. If you have experience in HVAC, electrical and plumbing we want to see your resume. salary: $47,840 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

 Applicant must be a highly motivated individual willing to work in both a team orientated environment
and on their own with minimal supervision.
 Performs equipment and facilities housekeeping, including daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and
janitorial duties in accordance with the prescribed schedule and to the standards outlined in company
procedures.
 This includes performing all job clean up as related to maintenance tasks, duties and functions.
 Completes facilities & maintenance work orders and documentation in a timely manner.
 Performing updates, repairs and adjustments of manufacturing and facilities equipment, including the
maintenance of HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, compressors and air dryers for air compressors
systems.
 Performing preventative maintenance task on manufacturing and facility related equipment and
maintaining records on file.
 Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot manufacturing and environmental equipment (to recognize and
identify potential problems with equipment).
 Makes general mechanical and minor electrical repairs to manufacturing equipment and facilities.
 Be able to identify equipment and facilities related safety issues.
