Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for New Mexico or eligibility to obtain it
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators
• Skilled in adapting activities and environments to support individual student needs

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed intervention plans tailored to each student's goals
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services within classroom and individual settings
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies in response to student needs
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for IEPs, evaluations, and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student participation and independence across the school environment
