Pay Range: $50 to $60 an hour (Negotiable based on the experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within a regulated manufacturing and business operations environment. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support long term organizational objectives while ensuring compliance, cost effectiveness, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple business functions, manage project risks, track performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with established processes, procedures, and business goals.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans when required.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Support product launch initiatives and ensure project deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, quality standards, and project objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Technical, or related discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality, or customer service environments.
  • Experience working in a matrix and cross functional environment.
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Experience managing project risks, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience supporting new product launch initiatives.
  • Experience managing project coordinators or project support resources.
  • Experience working in a global business environment.
  • Knowledge of business financial systems and reporting tools.
