Card Services SpecialistJoin our team as a Card Services Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting debit and credit card programs, resolving card-related issues, and assisting members with confidence and care. With advancement opportunities and access to internal openings in departments like lending, marketing, IT, HR, and finance, your future is full of possibility.What You'll DoProcess credit card payment exceptions and review activity reportsResearch and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptionsAssist members and staff with card service inquiriesMonitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuseProcess balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closuresMaintain accurate records and protect confidential informationSupport department operations and ensure policy complianceIs This You?High School Diploma or equivalentFinancial services industry experienceStrong computer and application skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilitiesTeam player with a positive attitude and flexibilityProfessionalism in conduct, communication, and appearanceAbility to be bondedPreferred But Not Required: College degree, service/sales experience, and previous experience in a similar or related role.Why Join Arbor?For over 90 years, Arbor Financial Credit Union has helped members and employees thrive.
