This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of medium-scale projects or major components of larger projects while working closely with project leadership and consultants.Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.The RoleThe Job Captain will oversee the technical development and documentation of projects from schematic design through construction, coordinating consultants and junior staff while maintaining quality and design intent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project development and construction documentationCoordinate multidisciplinary consultants and project informationGuide and mentor junior staffDevelop and review drawings, details, and specificationsEnsure documentation meets design, code, and construction requirementsAssist with permitting and agency coordinationParticipate in construction administration and site observationsResolve technical issues and maintain project qualityRequirements8+ years of professional architecture experienceStrong technical xhyhwjd and documentation backgroundExperience with complex architectural projectsConstruction documentation and administration experienceStrong knowledge of building codes, materials, and constructionProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUpStrong communication and organizational skillsArchitecture degree requiredLEED AP preferred
