Job Introduction

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a luxury hotel known for its elegance and attention to detail. Home to a Michelin-star restaurant and world-class service, it is a place where excellence and attention to detail define every experience.

You will join as a Bartender, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines and coffees.
Create a warm, engaging atmosphere and provide confident recommendations to guests.
Keep the bar stocked, organised and clean throughout service.
Handle orders, tabs and payments accurately.
Follow responsible alcohol service and basic licensing guidelines.
Support stock rotation and ensure ingredients and garnishes are well maintained.
Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver smooth, efficient service.

Person Specification

Confident, friendly and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
Interest in cocktails, wines, spirits and bar service.
Calm and organised during busy periods.
Professional, reliable and team-minded.
Good personal presentation and understanding of basic hygiene standards.
Willing to learn new skills and develop bar knowledge.
