Finance ManagerSalary: $165,000–$185,000 + Bonus Location: South Shore of Boston | OnsiteWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Newly created leadership role with a rapidly growing organizationReport directly to the CEO/Owner with significant visibility and influenceOpportunity to bring the accounting and finance function in-house and build it from the ground upBuild and eventually lead an internal accounting team as the company continues to scaleSignificant involvement in financial strategy, analysis, systems, and process improvementStrong long-term growth potential with a path toward CFOFinance Manager Responsibilities:Oversee the company's accounting and finance functionsOwn financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and financial controlsPartner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and continued expansionAnalyze financial performance across multiple locations and business operationsIdentify cost savings and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencyImprove accounting processes, systems, reporting, and technologySupport a high-volume lending environment and help improve processes surrounding transactions and closingsBuild out the internal accounting team as the organization growsFinance Manager Qualifications:Strong accounting and finance leadership experienceMortgage lending, mortgage brokerage, or banking industry experience strongly preferredAbility to operate at both a strategic and hands-on levelStrong financial reporting and analytical backgroundExperience with sophisticated ERP/accounting systemsTechnology-forward mindset with an interest in automation and process improvementDynamic, proactive personality comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
