Schedule: 7:30 AM 1:30 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Pay: $14/hour (W-2) What Youll Do
- Clean hallways, stairwells, and vacant units
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Follow a checklist + upload photos after completion
- Flag any maintenance or safety issues
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Comfortable with walking outdoors between buildings, carrying cleaning supplies
- Detail-oriented you dont cut corners
- Show up on time, every time
- Comfortable using smartphone (for clock-ins, checklists, photos)
- $14/hr, paid weekly
- Set, consistent hours
- Clear expectations no confusion
- Opportunity to move up (site lead, supervisor, more hours)
- All supplies provided just show up and work
