They pride themselves on being a tight-knit team ready to take the field and win big! Role and Responsibilities Design and lead Pega-based solutions to automate client workflows and boost efficiency. Architect Pega apps, integrating them with tools like process mining software (e.g., Celonis, UiPath) for smarter processes. Guide project teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure deliverables score with clients. Work with clients to understand their needs and craft strategies that hit the mark. Stay ahead of Pega trends to keep the firm’s playbook fresh and competitive. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience with Pega Systems, ideally as a Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or higher. Strong skills in designing low-code solutions for business automation. Familiarity with process mining or related tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis) is a plus. Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships. Excellent communication to break down tech for non-tech stakeholders.
