Our team of professionals works collaboratively to support individuals on their journey to recovery and mental wellness. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Director to lead and enhance our clinical programs.

Position Overview: The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient facility, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and effective service delivery. This leadership role requires a strong background in outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment, a passion for patient-focused care, and the ability to inspire and develop a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and protocols specific to outpatient services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to manage budgets, resources, and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment planning.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Address any patient or family concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• State licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience working in an outpatient mental health and/or substance use disorder setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in program development and implementation.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes (e.g., The Joint Commission, CARF).
• Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
