Austin, TX $70,000 - $100,000 DOE + Benefits Package Client: Our client is a well‑known and established commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation across the Austin market. Job Info: Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support all phases of construction projects. The right person will coordinate documentation, assist with pre‑construction deliverables, manage project scheduling and budgets, and help ensure quality standards and client satisfaction from project kickoff through closeout. This role works closely with the project management team to keep jobs on track, on budget, and in compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with crews and clients throughout the project life cycle. A Day in the Life: Coordinate, prepare, process, and track all construction documentation throughout the project life cycle Oversee on‑site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations Monitor day‑to‑day construction activities and project performance Identify required resources and support project execution Key Requirements: Experience in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role within commercial roofing Strong crew and client management skills Solid understanding of construction documentation, scheduling, and budgeting Ability to manage multiple priorities across active job sites #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
