About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as a senior executive leader and strategic partner, providing vision and hands-on leadership for all HR functions. The CHRO will be responsible for strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, organizational design, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in nonprofit or association management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in aligning HR strategy with organizational goals, modernizing HR operations, and championing a culture of inclusion and continuous growth. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include serving as a thought leader on organizational culture, leading enterprise-wide change management, and ensuring HR practices are fully compliant with employment laws. The role also involves overseeing the design and administration of total rewards programs, managing the HR department's budget, and developing and maintaining positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and HR certification preferred, and will demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills. The CHRO will be expected to make decisions on all HR matters, including hiring, compensation, and performance management, and to have the ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment.
