About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead a significant increase in its impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fundraising, communications, and thought leadership across various donor segments, including high-net-worth individuals, strategic foundations, and institutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's growth strategy and story, particularly in the context of the global health sector. The Chief Growth Officer will be expected to own the vision and execution of scaling donations, with a focus on driving a major influx of capital from high-net-worth donors and building strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in major gifts fundraising, be a strategic thinker, and have the ability to lead a high-performing team. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have at least 12 years' of professional experience, with a preference for those with 8 years' in fundraising and a strong personal track record. The role requires a candidate with deep analytical instincts, creativity in execution, and a passion for the mission of the organization. Experience in growing donor pipelines and leading top-performing teams is essential. The Chief Growth Officer will also be expected to be a passionate advocate for the company's mission, driving organizational transformation, and establishing systems for meaningful scale.
