Job Overview This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and staffing. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Guest Service Department Manager Ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience. Ensures sales promotions are executed effectively. Ensures all service staff are trained in service procedures. Ensures the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. Kitchen Department Manager Ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly. Ensures food safety standards are maintained. Controls food cost. Trains kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items. People Department Manager Recruits and hires qualified crew members. Trains and schedules crew to meet sales and profit goals. Provides positive onboarding and ongoing motivation and recognition for the team. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
