Self-Perform Work Superintendent – Concrete DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work Superintendent – Concrete with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience. Responsibilities Supervise all craft employees and work closely with all members of the project team. Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen. Hire, inspire, and grow our craft workforce. Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force. Lead DPR’s Injury‑Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope. Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional, and DPR standards. Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production. Lead the problem‑solving effort should safety, quality, or production issues arrive within this scope. Professionally represent DPR Field Operations. Qualifications Excellent listening and professional communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Effective participation in a team environment. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid. 10+ years hands‑on trade‑related field experience as a journeyman, foreman, and/or Superintendent. Knowledge of and ability to recruit craft from the local workforce. A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.
