Requirements Steer shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers for Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition. Help department teams meet their goals and meet shift targets. A Shift Manager's Responsibilities Include Food Safety Communication and Delegation of Tasks Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Production of Quality Food Superior Customer Service Safety and Security Training New Team Members Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Passion for the fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Minimum 18 years of age.
