You will be aligned with our long-standing client in the Subject Matter Expert - Time and Leave Management. The candidate should be aware of the latest trends in this industry as are applicable from a domain and technological perspective . Position : Contract
Mandatory Skills : workforce management, time and leave maintenance
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Time and Leave Management with extensive workforce experience and comprehensive testing expertise. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our time tracking, leave management systems, and workforce planning processes. Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in time and leave management
- Preferred experience in automotive or manufacturing workforce management
- Proven track record of implementing and testing time tracking systems
- Extensive experience with workforce management software and HRIS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in time and leave management software
- Expert-level knowledge of workforce management technologies
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Expertise in compliance tracking and reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced certification in Workforce Management (SHRM-SCP, HRCI preferred)
