Electro-Mechanical AssemblerLocation: 23500 Colonial Pkwy, Katy TXPay rate: $20.00 - 22.00Job Code: 82140311The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.Responsibilities:Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.Create labor records for all transactions.Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.Requirements:2 Years Electro-mechanical assembler experienceMinimum High School degree, Higher technical education preferredIPC 610 or IPC 620 is a plus but not requiredKey Skills/abilities:Mechanically inclined individualAble to use mechanical and electric test equipment such as meters, microscope, torque wrenches, filler gages, etc.Soldering capabilities on cabling, thru hole and surface mount technologies.Able to work with high precision small partsAble to follow procedures and processes is a mustGood computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordGood communication skills is a mustMust possess the ability to multi-taskSchedule: 3:00PM to 12:00AM (4days/10hrs schedule) Weekends as requiredKindly share your resume with answers: Q1: How many years of hands-on electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience do you have?
