We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Product Marketing Associate to join our Education team, serving the K-12, Higher Education, and Career and Technical Education markets. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will contribute to the success of the Education vertical's day-to-day product marketing activities that drive awareness and adoption of Vector's Education products, solutions, and services among existing customers and prospects. The Product Marketing Associate will support go-to-market strategy, messaging/positioning, new product/feature launches, and marketing content to drive sales and support retention. This is a role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success and is critical to driving our future growth. What You'll Do: Support go-to-market strategy and execution for specific product lines within the Education business unit, under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Marketing Support the creation, execution, and management of launch plans for new product releases or course releases including relevant customer communications, marketing collateral and sales enablement materials under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Marketing Conduct competitive research to identify key competitive differentiators and value props, and develop supporting collateral (e.g. battlecards) to drive higher win rates Produce content marketing assets in collaboration with industry subject matter experts to support demand generation. Content will align with the integrated marketing plan and resonate with key buyers and markets. Content includes but is not limited to blogs, infographics, webinars, guides, and more Create and update collateral and documentation used in the sales process (e.g. pitch decks, product brochures, etc.) Continuously refine and iterate based on customer and internal feedback Create and update collateral and resources utilized by Vector's Education partners to drive adoption and utilization Interview customers and develop case studies Understand industry trends, utilize them for marketing campaigns, and share market intel with marketing and sales teams Support the develop buying personas, including a deep understanding of buying behaviors Conduct customer research in collaboration with sub-sector Product Marketing Managers (e.g. win-loss interviews, existing customer check-ins) and synthesize findings to support changes in the go-to-market strategy Collaborate with Demand Generation team and product marketing team on campaign messaging, collateral, and execution Support website and event marketing teams to ensure market-specific messaging and positioning is incorporated on our website and at tradeshows Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field 1+ years of work experience in marketing or related field 1+ years of experience in product marketing at a SaaS company preferred Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and desires and translate that into winning marketing strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to create compelling presentations, and long form marketing content to be used in marketing campaigns Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently Ability to create and deliver training and enablement sessions for sales Consistent track record of excellence and driving change to lead to sales growth Entrepreneurial spirit that enables someone to roll up their sleeves and drive results What You Can Expect From Us: Friendly, open, and casual work environment Comprehensive, quality benefits package effective first of the month following your date of hire Tuition Reimbursement Program Matching 401(k) retirement plan Healthy work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous time off Generous referral incentive program Company social events Philanthropic opportunities What We Value: Teamwork - Above all, we're a team.
