Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to regulatory standards and facility protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor residents' health status, document findings, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  
  
• 
  Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all safety, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN or LPN license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in a MedSurg or LTC setting.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
  
  
• 
  Capable of performing clinical assessments and administering treatments accurately.
