ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 45-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.Position SummaryAs an Inventory Control Operator I, you'll help maintain accurate inventory levels and support efficient warehouse operations. You will perform audits, cycle counts, and data entry to ensure inventory records are up to date. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory processes. Your attention to detail and problem-solving will help us deliver the products people lovereliably and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesMonitor inventory levels and conduct audits to ensure accuracyPerform cycle counts and update inventory systemsReconcile discrepancies and support corrective actionsMaintain inventory records for receiving, storing, and issuing itemsImplement inventory control procedures and best practicesSupport continuous improvement initiativesProvide training and guidance on inventory processesFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred2+ years of experience in inventory control or related rolesAble to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with assistance)Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSkillsComfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory softwareBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAble to read, write, and understand EnglishTeam-oriented and proactiveThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.48. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
