Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Production Associate / Grinding Specialist**:Caterpillar Mapleton Seals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Grinding Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating grinding machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.This role includes salary starting at $23.22/hour with periodic wage increases, healthcare insurance, employee discount programs, free employee assistance program, and more. Depending on business requirements, normal working hours will be 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Don’t miss this opportunity!
