Project Manager

Location: Winchester, VA A well-established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects throughout the Winchester, VA region. Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards Qualifications: Experience with senior living, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred Why Join? 100+ year established GC with a strong, stable backlog Competitive salary + profit sharing 401(k) with employer match Strong career growth & promotion from within Diverse projects across healthcare, senior living, education & commercial #J-18808-Ljbffr London Approach
