Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to a single student in their academic and social activities throughout the school day
• Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, behavior management, and classroom organization
• Implement accommodations or modifications as outlined in the student’s learning plan
• Monitor and document the student’s progress and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff
• Encourage positive interactions and participation, fostering the student’s independence and confidence

This position offers a highly competitive compensation rate of $25–$30 per hour, with reliable weekly pay.
