Machine Safety Specialist - Sales Engineering

Machine Safety Specialist – Sales Engineering Full-time position. Create comprehensive proposals based on client win strategies. Assess pricing, identify potential risks, and craft winning proposals. Effectively present proposals to clients. Architect and present customer solutions and architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling presentations. Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key clients; understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with the Practice group (Smart Safety and Logistics) to make informed decisions and contribute to the group's direction and strategy development. Collaborate with the quality department to enforce quality and standards. Analyze and resolve problems, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Conduct client follow-ups, investigate for potential and upcoming work, and observe for potential client needs. Execute machine safety assessments and/or consulting services for key clients. With Practice leaders and Delivery Managers, support all required sales activities. With Marketing Team, provide case studies to highlight industry and customer success. With Delivery Team, be aware of projects at customers in the Portfolio and drive their associated account strategies. With Engineering Team, work across the engineering department and act as subject matter experts to augment the proposal process. Participate in planning to achieve prescribed objectives. Engage, support, and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development. Possesses at least one of the following: B.Sc. Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering degree and/or technology diploma/certification. TÜV Rheinland or Nord certification is a plus. Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a team-based environment, account management, and sales functions. Strong knowledge of a sales process, engineering design principles, and processes relating to machine safety. Have been involved in machine safety facetof automation projects. Knowledge in project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy development. Strong mentorship and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor the practice team.
