Job Title: CT Tech

Shift: Night 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours (18:00 - 06:30)

Experience: Minimum 1 year CT Tech experience required

License: State X-ray and CT licenses required (can be pending during submittal)

Certifications: BLS, ARRT certification required (ARRT certification required at point of submittal; will accept candidates who have taken the ARRT exam and are waiting for results)

Must-Have: Must be willing to work between two locations, roughly 25 minutes apart. Must work at one location on Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Must work at the other location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Siemens experience required. On-call schedule approximately 2-3 times a month. Travelers are not accepted within a local radius of 75 miles.

Description: The position involves performing CT scans on patients of all ages. Experience with Siemens CT scanners, including use for advanced cardiac studies, is necessary. Expect to handle a busy environment with approximately 200 scans per day, including emergency care cases. Job responsibilities may include performing various types of scans such as abdominal, chest, and brain perfusion. Candidates must possess strong technical skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients in a high-paced clinical setting. The role may involve supervising or guiding less experienced staff. Participation in special procedures and supporting interdepartmental activities is expected. Flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to quality patient care are crucial.
