Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities Provide hands‑on and remote support for end‑user devices and workplace technology Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment activities Support escalated technical issues and follow troubleshooting processes Document issues and resolutions in internal systems Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve recurring issues Deliver a strong customer experience, including support for high‑visibility users Assist with asset tracking and inventory management Contribute to maintaining documentation and support processes Requirements Experience providing desktop or IT support in a professional environment Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users Familiarity with modern operating systems and common workplace tools Experience supporting enterprise devices such as laptops, peripherals, and mobile equipment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
