What You'll Do As a Quality Specialist, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical distribution environment. Responsibilities include: Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing logs, forms, and controlled records. Perform material inspections, label checks, and verification activities. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, FDA, and customer quality requirements. Assist with internal audits and operational compliance assessments. Support investigations, deviation management, and corrective action activities. Help maintain audit readiness and support customer and regulatory inspections. Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvement. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated quality environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare logistics, or similar industries. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality compliance principles. Experience with root-cause analysis tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to read, write, and understand English .
