As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

About the Role:

As a CNA/Home Health Aide/Patient Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing companionship and personal care services to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to our clinical team
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
• Building strong relationships with our clients and their families

Essential Qualifications:

* Current certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA

* 1+ year of experience in healthcare or a related field

* Ability to lift 25 pounds and move safely in and out of homes

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
