Data Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy data integration, quality, and cleansing solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and they are responsible for maintaining and supporting business rules and processes.

• Data Integration:
  1. Design and develop data integration solutions using BODS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SAP and non-SAP systems) into target systems.
  2. Create and maintain ETL jobs and workflows to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Data Quality:
  1. Implement data quality rules and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  2. Develop and maintain data cleansing and standardization processes.
• Data Management:
  1. Manage and maintain data sources, transformations, and other objects within the BODS environment.
  2. Utilize BODS's central repository for metadata management.
• Technical Expertise:
  1. Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices, such as Star-Schema design and Change Data Capture.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BODS and data integration processes.
• Business Requirements:
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data integration and data quality requirements.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using BODS.
• Support and Maintenance:
  1. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BODS projects and solutions.
  2. Monitor and optimize the performance of BODS jobs and workflows.
