Clerical, Home and Hospital Program - Contractual

Job Title

Performs general office secretarial and clerical duties. Prepares and processes forms, records, correspondence, memoranda, documents, and reports relating to the Home & Hospital Program. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Examples of Duties:

• Answer & screen incoming phone calls, provide support for the Home & Hospital Program
• Maintain database information for transitioning students & provide general clerical support for the program.
• Receive, record, and organize requests for Home & Hospital services, communicate with payroll as needed. Maintain documentation as identified by the Director.
• Enroll students as appropriate into courses.
• Assist with filing & processing of records.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Training and Experience:

• Possession of a high school diploma or an appropriate equivalent.
• Secretarial, clerical, or administrative support experience preferred.

SALARY: $ 19.57 per hour

Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
