Responsibilities
  • Provide preventive dental care and oral hygiene education
  • Perform dental cleanings, screenings, and periodontal charting
  • Assist the dentist in patient care and treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Requirements
  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee
  • Current CPR certification
  • Familiarity with dental software and digital charting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
