Early Childhood Education Manager

Spring Education Group seeks an Early Childhood Education Manager to lead curriculum, instruction, and staff development across our preschool programs. In this role, you will coach and mentor teachers, oversee classroom quality and compliance, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment aligned with our student-centered philosophy. You will collaborate with school leaders to implement best practices in early learning, support family engagement, analyze child outcomes, and drive continuous improvement that supports each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
