Accounting Specialist

US Frame Factory (USFF) is a rapidly growing solutions provider in the cold‑formed steel space. From project inception to material hitting the ground, USFF offers services to expedite, reduce cost, minimize waste, and decrease time to market. We specialize in B2B transactions enabling our customers to build more efficiently. From churches to gas stations to multi‑story hotels, you can see our work all over the US and world. USFF’s long‑term goals are to reduce the cost of construction, decrease the amount of time to build, and build the highest quality at each price point. We think that these goals are achievable through continued innovations in manufacturing applied to construction. In order to fund our dreams of driving down affordable construction, we have focused on steel as a way to learn manufacturing and create market presence. Job Summary USFF is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role supports the accounting department with day‑to‑day financial operations, including A/P billing, credit‑card and use‑tax reconciliation, invoicing for construction projects, and tracking jobs and commissions. The right person is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel. Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero is required. Good communication and teamwork skills are important, along with a desire to learn and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities Credit card reconciliation Use‑tax compliance Money‑out reconciliations Construction project invoicing Invoicing clients for shipments and sales‑tax compliance Job tracking Commission tracking Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline Meticulously attentive to details Comfortable in Google Sheets or Excel Extensive experience and comfort with packages like QuickBooks Online or Xero Teamwork and communication Desire to learn and grow with the company Bonus CPA or on track to CPA Benefits Paid time off Health insurance Health‑savings account Relocation assistance Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Flexible PTO, as long as approved in advance by management. Holidays off include: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, New Years Day.
