Job Summary:

HireCare Services – Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our West Wareham, MA facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients, while collaborating with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care services, including vital sign checks, transferring patients, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, condition, and response to care
• Assist with transferring patients using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
