About the Role

Retail Solutions Unlimited (RSU) is looking for a highly motivated, energetic Inside Sales Specialist to help drive growth across our Agricultural, Industrial, Construction, and Lawn & Garden markets.

This is a high-outbound-activity sales role . We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys prospecting, knows how to start conversations with new customers, and is motivated by turning cold leads into sales opportunities.

A major focus of this position will be supporting the growth of our retail filter programs, including direct outreach to individual Tractor Supply stores to build product awareness, educate store teams, and ultimately help increase end-user sales.

The right person will be persistent, organized, competitive, customer-focused, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective customers, retail locations, fleets, and other potential accounts.
• Contact individual Tractor Supply stores to increase awareness and support sales of the in-store filter program.
• Support Outside Sales with meeting preparation, machine cross-referencing, quotes, product research, and filter recommendations.
• Educate store teams on filter availability, equipment applications, product location, and tools available to help customers find the correct filter.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through phone outreach, internet research, referrals, and market research.
• Develop prospect lists within the Agricultural, Industrial, Construction, and Lawn & Garden markets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Identify new industries, customer segments, applications, and market opportunities for RSU products.
• Work closely with internal team members to coordinate customer needs, opportunities, product information, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, opportunities, follow-up dates, and results through our ZOHO CRM system.
• Represent RSU and its brands professionally while providing a high level of customer service.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20 days a year to support company trade shows.

Preferred Experience

· Minimum 1-3 years interacting with customers in a sales or marketing oriented role. Previous experience selling filters, maintenance products, equipment parts, or aftermarket replacement parts would be especially valuable.

• Filters, filtration, or replacement parts
• Agricultural equipment or parts
• Tractors and farm equipment
• Construction or compact equipment
• Skid steers and mini excavators
• Lawn & Garden / Outdoor Power Equipment
• Zero-turn mowers
• Equipment dealerships
• Industrial or fleet maintenance
• Automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket parts
• Retail parts sales
