Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role involves delivering compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Requirements Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. IV certification if required by state regulations. High school diploma or equivalent. Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing bodies per CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system. Bonus or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation. Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems required within 90 days of hire.
